Is the Vector Space Different From the Regular Vector Space?
In ectra space, the multiples come from a field of some kind that you name. And in a latus, they come from the inagers to be the the integers. The goal is to find a vector that's as short as possible in the latice, except for zero. Zerois always in the lattice, so that doesn't count. You just need to find a vectors that's as close to zeros as possible.
