The Importance of Internment in the United States

The manual was leaked in 2012 the army first denied it then confirmed it two weeks later. It's 372 pages long that's a big field manual, but I have skimmed through it. There are also unfortunately and this is why Alex is freaked out A couple paragraphs throughout the entire thing about using internment in the United States. They're not laying the groundwork for the the government coming in and interning dissidents or anything like that they are just talking about applications of when Military operation would be appropriate within the boundaries of the US.
