I would also offer what you're describing in terms of creating a more relational way of doing business with your stakeholders as it probably feels less transactional. Because I guess it just makes it easier to say if you can give them a reason or a better reason to say yes because you're known, right? They have eyes on you or they understand your part in the workflow or the process. Absolutely. And you need to leave with very little chop in your wake because you're probably going to be back again and need their assistance so you can't just burn every bridge every time you're doing something. It is a lot of work.
