Why Do We Reject Legalism?
You cannot rejoice in the lord when you're trying to earn your salv ation. The grace of god is unmerited favour, its something we don't deserve. Grace says there's nothing you can do to make god love you any less. He just loves you. We are united with the beauty of being christian. Tosa puts it this way: faith is the gaze of the soul on a saving god.
