The leader should just do it first. And the leader should not try and also say, hey, guys, you know, I'm a little frustrated today. The more we take time to talk about it, the more the meeting that comes right after that, we get more done. But this requires a higher level of intentionality than it ever has in the past. It's only been 28 years for Tracy and I. So it's a class 30, it's just overstating it like you usually do.
