People Agree First, Don't Resist
In the early days of building two thousand books, when talking to potential customers, i'd get into heated arguments about why our book summaries and courses were better than their competitors. But now i have learned better. I have changed my ways. Now if the prodential customer says, i will buy x y z company book summaries, instead of getting into an argument, i say, oh yes, x y c company has some good stuff, and they are made by good people. And that's the end of resistance. As soon as i agree that x y c summaries are good, there is no more resistance from the potential customer. So, really simple, don't resist.
