The Benefits of Foam Rolling for Running

Foam rolling is beneficial but doesn't replace strength training your dynamic warm up, you know, nutrition. Strengthening our tendons is going to be a heck of a lot more beneficial than releasing things or even stretching. Getting proper sleep is actually the most important thing we could do and not running seven days a week is more important than anything you could do on the foam roller.
