The Clowns Are Back!

There have been sightings of people dressed as clowns all around singapore. The police say they had gotten on these reports of these clown sigtings. There are some images that you can find, screen shots of a kind of a tall man wearing a plaid shirt. And apparently there was such an incident at a nearby school in July where a 13 year old was allegedly killed by another student using an axe.
