Lincoln and the War on Terror

Lincoln is a wartime general because what seemed like sort of at times maybe a bit of dithering on his part, a bit of passivity was more like an outsider trying to manage a bunch of trees and a psychos that he could, that he had to manage. He didn't have a choice. You couldn't just fire the whole lot of them because God knows what had happened to you. The verdict against him has been intensified, which is just weird beyond belief.
