Rogers' Response to the Outage
Rogers now says that he believes that this was caused by a network system failure after a maintenance up date. The internet might beinvisible to us while we're using it, but it's made up of physical things that wear out and break down more than once. In the short term, what can Canada do to make sure that these kinds of outages are handled better? It's clearly unacceptable for the service to be going down in the first place, but perhaps unavoidable.
