The CPRAC Fund's Focus on Office and Retail
The fund does have some exposure to office and retail, but those are not your high conviction sectors. We don't plan on adding any office to the portfolio anytime in the near future. There's still a lot of uncertainty around work from home. Traditional office is also a very capital intensive sector.
