CNN's Jake Tapper asks why republicans voted no on a bill that would have given veterans 400 billion dollars. Veteran Stephen Miller says the military is not a voting block for democrats and they're willing to sacrifice health of our veterans as long as it makes publicans look bat. "I've watched this happen time and time again for 20 years, right over 20 years," he adds.
