Is the Bank of England Failing in That Prima Task That It Has?
He seems to have invented a treasury flag, something which I was blissful unaware of. People in the treasury respect his hard work and his ability to understand the files and the dosiers. So jury's out on a current chancellor. Many of them will have their obituaries written and rewritten several times so it's hard to say how he will score.
