The Future of Women's Defense

The new service women's health handbook has just been delivered after a six-month sprint. There are more women being listened to at senior political level, but maybe only a handful and not the diversity that needs to be engaged with. The recruitment piece, looking at all those adverts and things like that, we need to recruit differently. We need to even let children know that defense is a valid career pathway which will actually enable them to reach their full potential.
