Brazil and the US - I Think It's Going to Be a Big Step in the Right Direction
Lula was actually one of the main founders of the BRIC system so this is very promising that Brazil is going to be back in this but Bolsonaro was not really a fan. China being maybe one of the arbiters and just somewhat neutral because they have a very diplomatic foreign policy.
