The Power of Scripture

If you don't read Scripture, you will forfeit that kind of impact in the people around you. You wanna be used by God, you have got to get in to Scripture. I want you to hear a story right here from our community that is an amazing example of this one, two punch of Scripture and story put together. We're not steeped in Scripture like the way his Jewish listeners were, but if you heard it, you would hear phrase after phrase, sentence after sentence,. His words carried the weight of the word of God behind them. They were there to produce a result in the people listening.
