PDs Are a Waste of Time, Right?

I have no problem being, you know, attending PDs that sometimes does get old. And I do think that a good number of the ones that I attended personally were a complete waste of time and it was just a PD because we had to have PD hours. There were some that were useful and that's fine, but I don't to require it to introduce us to these new ideas. You know, hey, this is another resource for you that's out there. If you want to use it,. But don't require something new every year.
