The Russian Nuclear Weapons Are More Secure Than Most People Believe
Conspiracy theories proliferate wherever the Russian military machine's concerned. One theory is that Progogian got his hands on tactical nuclear weapons and planned to use them against a cave in Belarus. But thankfully, every single one of Russian strategic practical nuclear weapons now has what are known as pals, permissive access links. These codes prevented from being launched unless you are in possession of the codes, which are in Moscow.
