Peace agreements that include female signatories tend to be more effective. In afghanistan, for example, i think maybe ten % of the negotiated involved women. In libya, i think it was something like 20%. And then when you go into more specific so take for example, the security area where i do a lot of work, and then the percentage of women is even lower than this.
