Anki is my main deck but there are a few pre-made decks that I'm a fan of. and Shannon and I are friends through Memrise. It's a pity Anki does not have that social aspect so no one will ever know how impressive my Anki score is unless I share it on Instagram or something But yeah back to your story it's all well and good when you're getting into your initial conversations and you're sharing what you've been doing that week. One thing you've been able to do is talk about and make videos about your juggling hobby. How did you work on the very specific vocabulary that's going to be important to talk about that very narrow topic?
