How to Balance Intention and Intention as a Coach

How do you balance that between having an intention about the session? Does that make sense? Because I think people that maybe hearing this are going to look well, just Sean just go into a session like skipping with no idea what's going on today. It's a great question and it's going to largely depend on how long you've been working with the athlete or the athletes. We will debrief if we will at the end of a session, you know, maybe what the ideas for the next session will be. That doesn't mean everything they share is going to be embedded within the following session, but their voice is powerful and it's meaningful to me.
