What Hinders Me From Keeping a Covenant?
Philip was led as a sheep to the slaughter like a lamb done before his shearer. The suffering servant passages, all four of them in Isaiah, to Philip will be read as Jesus. And so then he says, here is water. What does that hinder me to be baptized? And if you believe with all your heart, then you may be baptized. That's what we should all take a moment this week and ask ourselves.
