Committee notes that not geting paid was affecting their egos. The diminished state of alertness, which resulted from fatigue caused by the delay in flight member tis also at night time. Neither of the pilots had c r m training. They lacked sufficient emergency training and experience in this aircraft. It's just a big problem all around, right? I believe the crew resource management training, or lack thereof, because ther they weren't listening, didn't communicate,. Yethe communication a no memory items, no check list. It was just bad, everything gus loves y go, everything i love about aviation.
