The Southern Hemisphere
Kirsten grew up in India, so was familiar with the northern sky. When she moved to Australia her first impression was that everything was upside down. The southern sky is spectacularly beautiful but it confuses you in terms of orientation. There's a lot of new objects that you can't see in the southern hemisphere - like Alpha Centauri and Andromeda.
