When a police car, ambulance, or fire truck have their lights flashing and sirens on, you should move to the right lane and come to a stop if you are in a city. In English normally, if you're traveling in a circular direction, we use the terms clockwise and counterclockwise clockwise like the direction of the hands on a clock.
