I think our view has been, and we've made very clear to all countries in the world, that if a country, an individual or a company provides material support to China, we're going to hold them accountable. I think that ultimately it's not in China's self-interest to be seen as supporting Russia in a material way. What is the ask that Secretary Yellum and you are making of other countries when it comes to both not buying more energy and not helping them circumvent a sanctions regime? They may not do as much as we'd like. They may not stop buying Russian oil. You could kind of sense some bad vibes there and pretty tough conversations.
