The Shadow of Nuremberg in International Criminal Courts

I think we can learned so much from the power and politics of the archive by just thinking about what's excluded. Restrictions are important. What isn't recorded in the archive is really important. I think there was definitely issues with the way that courts tell and their stories. But if all we do is focus on exclusions, i think we miss understanding what's within these archives. We only get a partial insight into why that knowledge and information exists as it does.
