There is an around about a ten times increased risk in people with camorphology going on to develop hippath riders and have a hit replacement. So there's defernetely some relation there, but they're still not a hundred % clear. And we've done a couple of systematic reviews where we've looked at the effects of surgery. We don't have any sort of high quality randamise control evidence. But i think it's really important that people recognize that whilst you may gain some improvement from surgery, it's not going to cure you of your problem. You're not going to be fixed. The physio study are looking at what we consider best practised non surgical treatment
