What Makes a Puffy Storm Cloud?

Dr Claire Vincent is an atmospheric scientist studying tropical weather at the University of Melbourne in Australia. She knows a pretty distinctive storm that can help explain how it forms. There's a special thunderstorm called Hecta that forms over the Tiwi Islands which are some islands in the tropics just to the north of mainland Australia. The interesting thing about it is that it forms at almost the same time every day.
