And then some group two Are processed culinary ingredients and it can be anything from like fresh bread that you buy a bakery to cheese that has beenyou know fermented. But also it includes virtually anything you make yourself at home or anything that you would buy in a restaurant Right because it's taking those fresh ingredients plus those culinary ingredients like salts and fats and sugars And transforming them into what you and I would recognize as a meal. That at minimum unless we've gone and like pulled a carrot out the ground It's a processed food.
