I've noticed myself, like the demands of running are so much greater than something like jumping on a spin bike or going for an outdoor ride or a swim. And I think as people get older, they, without actually want to put a dampener on it, I think people need more recovery days. As you say, also, strategies like running for a bit and then walking for a bit just takes the pressure off. So how are you fueling your body now as a, as a low-class athlete? Are you prioritizing protein in quite high amounts or are you more on a sort of ketogenic diet? What sort of he found best in that respect?
