We had an antioxidant plant based powder, collagen bone broth, low glycemic protein crackers, an electrolyte beverage and then optional once per day fresh vegetable fruit. All under 50 calories in the IP group and 150 to 200 calories for IP to doing the two days of fasting. So you believe that by providing them with this that you saw better results than when they just had sort of water for the whole fasting period. Yeah. I think it's a good way to be able to continually commit to so there's also that component to this.
