The wars of the roses were a civil war in late mediaeval england between rival factions for the throne. The house of york and lancaster fought against each other for just over 30 years. In this episode, we look at the build up to the conflict as well as the reign of king henry the sixth. We also examine how his remains came to be dis vered beneath a carpark.
