He says in many countries, including the U.S., most said yes to that bizarre question. Kwameyan: The whole point about cosmopolitanism is it requires you to be loyal to some local things as well because that's what you're bringing to the cosmopolitan conversation. "We can't expect everybody to do this," he says; but Cosmopolitans are cool with difference.
