BlackRock's Filing With the SEC Is the Most Surprising Thing of a Very Surprising Year

Everyone has filed these applications with the ICC going back to I think the Winklevoss twins might have been the absolute first and then everyone followed them. Every time someone applies to the SEC, the SEC's complaint is the market is manipulated. BlackRock did it smarter. They said in their filing that they had a surveillance sharing agreement with a crypto market that they'd be usingCrypto spot market. Some prior filings said they had surveillance sharing agreements, but only on the futures markets. The other one is that these things are all over the world; we're not talking about random non-advanced countries like Brazil and Europe.
