The most active leader doesn't always come from a single discipline. It is the person with the right personality, person who has to drive. If you have two people who are both equally ambitious, when you have them overporting into another triad, i can just imagine what used to be one on one meeting is now three on three is a six person meeting. You don't care if it's the quarter back per se, that x wizens ease in the huddle and what not. But at the end of the day, you just want leader to step up and that you win the supable.
