How Did Your Career Develop Over the Course of 15 Years?

i really spent the majority of my career focused on supporting various projects, whether they be technology implementations or process optimization work. So what that meant over in over the course of 15 years was one, honning those skills and that expertise, but then kind of moving up and taking on greater responsibility. And so i did stay in consulting for just about 18 years.
