How to Analyze a Property's Cash on Cash Return

A 15% cash on cash return is what I'm looking for when I very conservatively underwrite all my short-term mental deals. The more accurate way of measuring your ROI is actually called the internal rate of return, that's something worth Googling. So you're still taking a cash flow heavy perspective where you want tocash on cash return of 15%. That's still the most important metric that you're looking at when you're analyzing deals.
