So if we can find the dose of strength training that's going to move the needle to make all that stuff weigh easier for you, so that less stuff hurts, so that you get injured less. Raght: We're never going to get away from these movements if we're doing things in our day to day. You mighd as well know how to do it correctly so that you're not going to hurt yourself.
