An r p r level that high is very concerning for secondary cyphilists. The more common variant of lymphatinopathy is localized lymphatin pathy in a specific distribution. But there's reason to doubt the syphilis hypothesis as an all compassing explanation, because it does not explain the anemia nor the pancitopenia.
