The Measure of Conscience and Creativity Isn't Creating Knowledge
The measure of consciousness and creativity is not the capacity to fool a few people in the Turing test. Now, is it creating knowledge? I haven't seen evidence of that. The memory capacity that computers have, therefore, the corpus of conversations that chatbots have access to now is vast. It's just pulling from this vast list, this library of conversations and pattern matching.
