The Rhetorical Question Is Not Saying Anything as an Argument

A rhetorical question still is trying to get something. It's just trying to getSomething that is sort of assumed to be the case. So you're still trying to get information when you ask a rhetorical question. The premise in the argument that was being represented by that question was identified and responded to by the other person I was talking to.
