Vanessagaralkan: I think the self knowledge is everything you're a good role model for that obviously because i think what flummoxes some people with ADHD particularly at the beginning or if they're not diagnosed or late diagnosed is it they just don't understand what's going on. You can change certain things in the way that you behave and interact with the world and that's worth doing whether it's through like coaching with like a problem like arox or seeing somebody as an individual like me or doing some combination like that or seeing a therapist there's many ways to get help, she says.
