Is There a Bias in Business Systems?
There is a strong sort of general bias in society against having systems for personal stuff. Having a system for keeping in touch with friends would be considered weird. The most acceptable level of systemization, which is extremely low level, is like having one place in your house where you put your keys up. If you are more systematic than that, people will think, oh, man, he's so neurotic or whatever.
