Tank Man: A Human Being Who's Had Simply Enough
A Chinese man stands in the middle of a road and stops an entire line of tanks. He doesn't look like your typical hero, he looks like a guy who spontaneously decided he will not stand any longer for this oppression. We see some of the most amazing actions that we've ever witnessed somebody undertake. And so again, my optimism peaks up then and says, hey, there are some opportunities where you have these bits of humanity that come up from people even when they're part of the machine.
