Is There a New Stimulus in the Real Estate Sector?

The aim of the game was to shift the balance of the Chinese economy away from its heavy dependence on credit stimulus. The real estate sector which had come to account for about 25% of GDP and was vastly overgrown. It is not far from ideal and in a sense perpetuates their problems. A much more promising strategy would be to focus on trying to boost consumption by creating something more adequate wealth estate.
