Are You Intentional About Owning Your Career?

I feel like I spent a good portion of the beginning of my career expecting things to just come to me because I was doing great work. You know, up to a certain point, you will be fulfilled in that but if you don't start being explicit and clear with yourself about what you want, then you can't get mad when you don't get it, right? No one's gonna, no one's watching you and babysitting your career and making sure good things happen to you. That's just, that just doesn't happen. If I could advise someone younger, someone on the path about coming to this realization and really owning their career, not just their career but their life,
