i love your view on how significant the reconstitutions have been, and if you see any evidence at all of either group building an external attack capability. Isis k views the taliman as its number one enemy. The alcaida has to wrestle with a long standing history with the taliban. And i think that creates a much different dynamic than we're dealing with on the icis k side.
