How Much Time and a Session Are Spending on Game Speed Oriented Things?

The sessions we do are 90 minutes, and the warm up takes about exactly seven minutes long. So I think if I'm doing a 60 minute session, something is getting cut out a little bit more than I would want to. The rest of that time is our games. And then it leaves about like 45 minutes or so for strength work. Yeah, I love anything with the ball or one on one or anything that adds intent like that. If I feel like the kids are loving it, then we'll go a little bit longer.
