Is There a Need to Restore the Sinus Reap in a Patient With Auto Fibrillation?

In recent studies the restoration of sinus rhythm could recover and let the archamverse become smaller than in in patient with that in the status of arterial fibrillation. So do you think that probably we should try our best to maintain the sinus reap or restore thesinus reap in patient with auto fibrillation? This is a very nice hypothesis that has not been tested so far because really from one side we need in a patient with the recent artery fibrillation we need to avoid the development of the anus and regurgitation of atria-vitical advance. And on the other side we don't know if when we have already a permanent atria fibrillation
